Welcome to Nursery !

We are really proud of our 3-4 years Nursery provision which gets the children in our care off to a fantastic start in their school journey.

Our Nursery is led by Jenny Johnson and Jodie Cook. All our early years’ staff are creative and motivated practitioners, who create exciting and imaginative environments for the children.

We firmly believe children's early year’s experiences shape their view and path for their future learning. We aim to ensure children achieve highly in our setting and are ready for a smooth transition into school.

Curriculum

Our Nursery follows the Foundation Year 0-5 Curriculum. You can find details on the curriculum by clicking here.

Our preschool provision provides more structure as the staff prepare the children for school. We have two teacher led group times a day which focus on developing our maths skills, learning about new topics and books and getting physical on a Friday with Dough Disco and Squiggle While you Wiggle!

We also take part in daily phonics sessions following Letters and Sounds.

Our children have free flow access to our indoor and outdoor provision when engaging in child-led learning, our skilled staff follow the interests of the children and engross themselves in the child’s play in order to take their learning further.
