Nursery had great fun exploring their circus themed role play

We provide high quality care and education for all nursery children, in a welcoming, supportive and comfortable environment that is provided by our excellent nursery staff for children aged 3 to school age.

Every child, from the term after their third birthday, is entitled to 15 hours per week free Nursery provision. You can choose for your child to attend every morning or every afternoon or to do 2 ½ days. If you choose for your child to attend for 2 ½ days there will be a charge of £4 for them to stay over lunch.  Please see the office staff for more information.

Our morning and afternoon sessions are made up of 3 hours each.

Session 1 (AM):          8.30 until 11.30pm

Session 2 (PM):          12.15pm until 3.15pm

We are also able to offer a small number of extra sessions for children who are on roll in the Nursery so they can attend for a full day. The cost of an extra session and to stay over lunch is £16. Please speak to the school office for more information and availability.

Snack
Snack is available to Nursery children at a cost of 20p a day. We offer milk or water to drink, fruit and a variety of foods throughout the week. Want to check out what this week’s snack will be? Look out for the poster by the Nursery entrance.

Show and Tell
Each week children can bring in something small to show and talk to their friends about. Please help your child to select something they have made, found or a favourite toy or book they can talk about. Please do not send in any valuable or electronic items.
For morning children show and tell is on Wednesday.
For afternoon children show and tell is on Thursday.

Clothes
We understand that you like your child to look smart at Nursery, but it is through playing and exploring different activities some of which may be messy that your child will learn. Please do not put your children in their best clothes. It is also very helpful if you can name your child’s clothes with a permanent marker. Thank you.                                                                                                                   Collection                                                                     If your child is being collected from Nursery by a different adult, it is very important that you notify a member of the Nursery staff.

We are proud of our Nursery and what we have to offer. Please get in touch to see for yourself and to meet our staff.
